   Hello friends, thanks for stopping by. Today I have another layout to show you that I have recently designed for "The Scrapbook Diaries".

Besides having an amazing online STORE, they also sell Designer Kits

and have a very inspiring BLOG too. 

Their kits ALWAYS INCLUDE A STEP X STEP VIDEO TUTORIAL TOO.

There are no subscriptions to anything. You just visit the store & choose what

page kit you want, & as I mentioned, as well as enough materials to create TWO

layouts (their kits always include & BONUS layout as well),
you also get the step X step video as well. So you actually get two layouts

for the price of one. You can also choose from different options, such as the full kit

 that will include EVERYTHING, or a couple of other options that include less

items in case you already have some of the things.

Today I have my entry into the current June challenge over at

the Lindy's Stamp Gang Blog

to share with you, based on this colour board.

Now the challenge rules are that you have to use a minimum of two
 of their products & stick to this colour pallette.

I have used three of their sprays,

#1. Jack in the Pulpit Teal

#2. Hibiscus Rose

#3.  Pineapple Paradise

I have sprayed most of my flowers to match in with my layout.

As always, I have used lots of gorgeous

2Crafty Chipboard

including their

6" Circle Lace Panel & one of their Mini Words "Smile".

How beautiful is the 2Crafty "6" Circle Lace Panel" that I have cut into strips.

 

I do love the Lindy's Starburst sprays.

They have an amazing shimmer to them & they are such beautiful colours too.

Here you can see the roses, muslin & mini word, all of

which I coloured with their "Hibiscus Pink".

Lots of mixed media on my background as well as some stamping.

"Live Out Load"Frosted Designs Friday Challenge

Hi there paper friends, thanks for stopping by.

Today I have a layout I created that was inspired by the current challenge at

Frosted Designs Challenge Blog.

The challenge was to use 

"Fabric, felt, burlap or lace"

& I always loooove texture so I embraced their 

challenge & this is what I came up with.

I must say, I am really enjoying doing some boy layouts lately.

  Loads of layers using all different types of  burlap.  

  I have used lots of glorious chipboard from my friends over at  2Crafty Chipboard.  

 

I cut up this chippie Steampunk Corner to create this long piece &

then proceeded to give it a "rusted metal" look to match in

with my photos.

    I even included this burlap flower to tie in with the challenge.

"Caution Cute Kid"Scrap the Boys June ChallengePlus a VIDEO

based on this sketch. As most of you know I don't get to do that

many boy layouts so I rather enjoyed this.

These "Bubble Clumps" are one of their newer pieces.

Some Cards for My June Card Classes

Hi there, thanks for stopping by.

Today I have two of the cards I will be teaching in my June Card Classes.

I have also included a male one too, but I will show you that later.

 So for the first card I have decided to make a "Box Card". If you are not 

familiar with Box Cards, believe it or not but that collapse down flat for

postage, without ruining anything !!!! Rather clever concept.

I recently got hold of some fabulous Heartfelt Creation stamps & they have

a matching die. I have used them here to create these yellow flowers. Gee

having the matching die to go with the stamp really makes it sooo easy.

   My second card I have kept fairly simply with just one handmade flower & this yummy frame. It is a new Memory Box die & as soon as I saw it I just had to use it. You can't tell in this photo but I have actually used a fab white sparkly paper for the frame, shame it doesn't show in the photo. Hope you like them. Until next time.  

My Scrap Around the World June DT Reveal"Cherish"

 

  Hi there friends, Thanks for calling by. Today I have my June DT reveal for Scrap Around the World. This is their gorgeous NEW June moodboard. I just love the softness of it &  I was also inspired by those little pinwheel looking umbrellas, to get out my old pinwheel die, dust it off & make some. Haven't made any of these for quite a while. The colour palette & the flowers in the moodboard also inspired me.    June Moodboard

    As always I have used some of my favourite  2Crafty Chipboard  

  This is my gorgeous Grandaughter, Mia with her fairy wings on Nanny had bought her. I just love buying here girly things & she looks soooo sweet in them. Alright I'll stop gushing !!   I used the 2Crafty title "Cherish the Moments" & simply cut the cherish word off & I have saved the other words for a future project. Nothing goes to waste !!

  I am really happy how the photos look "fussy cut" out & placed in this garden of flowers.

  As always, lots of mixed media on my background & lots of sequins & glass micro beads too.

  Love those little 2Crafty chippie "Silhouette Leaves".

Here I have actually used a chippie "Corner Evie" from 2Crafty but

I have cut it in half & laid it end to end to create this shape here.

It was just perfect for what I needed. I have also scattered a few

chippie "Mini Hearts" around the page too.
