My Top Twelve Layouts for 2013

Hello everyone. Today I thought I would do a "Top 12" list
of my favourite layouts I did in 2013.
Actually I couldn't decide on twelve so I have made a
bakers dozen (13) again.
While blog hopping last night
I saw that lots of people doing it & I thought
it was a great idea.  Some are DT work, some are
challenges & some are just because.
So here they are in no particular order, hope you like them .....

Thanks for stopping by & I hope you like my "favourites".

If you would like to follow me on Bloglovin, the

My 13 Arts Guest Design Team
December Reveal
"Sweet"

Hi there, thanks for calling by.
Today I am back with with my guest designer reveal over on the
13 Arts blog.
I am so into the whole "tutu" thing at the moment, maybe the fact that I
am about to become a Grandmother for the first time might have something to do with it !!!
Anyway I found this photo on the internet & I just knew I had to scrap it.

Don't you just loooove that pic? I do.

Naturally I have used loads of fabulous 13 Arts products, including....

Zestaw "All is love"

Papers from the 13 Arts "All is Love" Collection
Ayeeda Modelling Paste
Ayeeda Paint in Matt Black
Ayeeda Mist in Pearl Pink
Ayeeda Mist in Pearl Navy Blue
Ayeeda Mist in Pearl Sky Blue
Ayeeda Mist in Chalk Turquoise
13Arts Bling

I really had so much fun creating this background using all those gorgeous
13 Arts products. Their Modelling paste is wonderful, so thick
and smooth. Next up I went crazy with lots of their fabulous mists.
Such beautiful colours. I am really pleased how the background turned out.
I have also cut up some of their bling & added little individual pieces
here & there around my layout.

While I had all the 13 Arts mists out I then went on to colour ALL of my flowers too.

Here is a little close up of the 13 Arts papers & some of my stamping.
.

I looooove texture, I hope you do too.

All of this gorgeous chipboard is from 2 Crafty chipboard of course.
Well thats all from me today, make sure you pop over to the 13 Arts blog
& check out all the great inspiration from the other girls.
Sorry I got carried away with all the closies !!!!!
Until next time.

Merry Christmas.

My Once Upon A Sketch Challenge
PLUS
My 2 Crafty DT Reveal Part Three
"Christmas Eve"

Hello & welcome back.
Today I have part three of  my DT reveal for 2 Crafty Chipboard.
I have also based this layout on the current challenge over at
Once Upon A Sketch.
This is their sketch & the journalling criteria this month is
"My favourite month". Well thats an easy one as I just adore
Christmas so December is definitely my most favourite month.
I have journalled a story on the back of my layout about how much
I love Christmas & the reasons it is so special to me. It is not just Christmas
day but the entire month of December with all the preparations, from putting
up the tree & decorating the house to buying presents, catching up with friends,
going to Christmas parties, remembering loved ones that are no longer with us,
the list just goes on & on. It truly is a wonderful
time of year & so definitely my favourite month.

For this one I have gone with silver, white & aqua. Love this
colour palette. I started off with a mixed media background
including some glitter, which unfortunately just doesn't show
up in these photos. Such a shame.

The first chippie piece I used was one of the many Christmas titles that 2 Crafty have
available. I thought this "Christmas Eve" title was just perfect for my photo.
I have also added a few "Holly Leaves" from a multi pack.

In this pic you can see I have used another of their new release pieces, the "Holly Flourish".
How beautiful is this piece. So wonderfully fine & pretty. Love these.

I have also included lots of beautiful Green Tara silk flowers, some of their gorgeous
Crystal Sprays, just perfect for this layout, as well a one of their little silver
flower sprays too.

Here you can see I have used a pair of "Blitzen" reindeer. I adore the flourishy
style of their antlers. A perfect match for the Holly Flourish, don't you think ?

Well that wraps up yet another Christmas layout I can tick off my list.
I hope I have inspired you in some small way to check out some of
the fabulous 2 Crafty Christmas chipboard for your next layout.
They have so many great pieces.

Until next time.

My 2 Crafty Christmas DT Reveal
Part One
"Merry & Bright"

Hello there & welcome.
Today I have a Christmas layout to share with you.
I am soooo into glitter at the moment. For this layout I have gone with
cream & gold, although I have to admit it is really hard to photograph
glitter well. Try as I may I just couldn't get the glitter to show up as good
as it is in real life !!! Never mind.

For my background on this layout I have added lots of
glitter & then finished off with a light spray of gold mist.
I sooo wish you could see just how glittery it really is.

All of these beautiful flowers are from GREEN TARA.

All of my fabulous chipboard pieces on this layout are naturally from
I started off with the "Merry & Bright" title as well as a "2012" &
a couple of their "Holly Leaves" tucked in at the side of the title.
They have a huge range of Christmas chippies.

I love this  "Tanyah 6" Flourish Border".

Here I have used two of their new "Holly Branches".

I adore this Green Tara coffee coloured Wild Rose in silk & organza.
So very rich.

Well thats all for today. I will be back again tomorrow
with yet another Chrissy layout.

My Green Tara December DT Reveal
Part Two
"Unforgettable"

Hi there, thanks for stopping by. Today I have part two of my December
reveal for Green Tara. I got inspired to do this layout by this gorgeous
Green Tara "Crushed Organza" ribbon. This colour is actually blue/gold
but it really doesn't show up so well in this photo,
it is truly a stunning colour ribbon.

Naturally I have teamed it with lots of fabulous Green Tara blooms
including both aqua & light brown "Primulas", an aqua "Lace Pearl"
flower, some Green Tara "Roses" in various sizes & colours.

Here you can see I have also tucked in some of their mini
aqua "Rosebuds" & finished of with some of their great
"Autumn Leaves".

All of my chipboard I have used here is from
2 Crafty Chipboard.

Thats all for today, but make sure you head over to the
 GREEN TARA BLOG
& check out what our fabulous NEW design team girls
have been up to. So much great inspiration.
Until next time.
